Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 6- SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURN
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. The orders are processed form Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM  to 2:30 PM. The orders placed on saturday/sunday will be processed on next Monday. Further information on the procedures and deadlines for delivery of ordered products can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment (section 4).
If the ordered products on santillo1970.com were to be delivered abroad, the customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance is borne by the customer; santillo1970 can not predict the amount of such costs over which he has no control. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.
Contact our Customer Service at the email address imfo@santillo1970.com and notify your intention to return. Please include the Order Number, item(s) code(s), reason for return.You will receive a Returns Authorization (RA) Number, a short form to fill in, and the documents for the package to return.
The vendor will receive your package and will check that the item is conform with how it was shipped to you.
Santillo will confirm you by email that your return has been accepted. It will refund the purchase by issuing a voucher of the same value or replacement of Article within 30 days.
The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions a sit was received, appropriately packaged in its original box. Original tags of the item must not be removed.  The item must not have been washed or damaged in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Returns must be within 14 days from the day of delivery. Further information on the exercise of this right can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment (section 4).
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund through a voucher coupon of the same value of order, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
The customer must bear the shipping costs, including all costs of customs clearance, which will be at his expense, for the return of the product, as charged by the postal service or courier chosen by the customer.
Except in exceptional cases there is no cancellation of the order but the customer will have the opportunity to replace the item by varying size/model or choosing different items for the same amount of the order, including trough the issuance of a coupon.
Santillo cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
In any case, the submission of the request by the customer must be approved by Santillo. The refund will take place within 10 working days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
The purchaser is obliged to inspect the goods on arrival by performing the normal checks of external requirements, technical qualities of fabrics and sizes. Complaints relating to quantity, weight, total tare, colour, or defects and defects of quality or non-conformity shall be submitted in writing with detailed description and pictures of the lot claimed and the visible defect detected, within 15 days of receipt of the same and in the case of hidden defects within 30 days of receipt of the goods. In order to be valid, the claim must be accompanied or followed up within 5 days from the sampling of goods that are considered defective.
The submission of a complaint does not exempt the Buyer from payment of invoices on the due dates; therefore any complaint will be rejected if such payments are not made.
